As the 2023 season prepares to get underway, the Dodger faithful have quite a few things to look forward to. Most already have their calendars marked for the first Spring Training game, which is just one month away, and Opening Day 2023 a mere 63 days away.
The first FanFest since 2020 is scheduled for 10:00 am PST at Dodger Stadium on Saturday, February 4th, with registration for the popular event beginning today.
Add to that, the first-half Promotions and Giveaways Schedule was announced on Tuesday afternoon, allowing fans to begin planning which games they may want to attend accordingly. Bobbleheads will be among the usual standbys, but one of the more coveted items will be a Vin Scully Jersey giveaway set for Tuesday, April 18th.
Here are the scheduled first-half Bobblehead giveaway dates:
- April 1 – Freddie Freeman
- April 3 – Julio Urías
- May 1 – Dustin May
- May 15 – Mookie Betts
- June 13 – Will Smith
- June 15 – Clayton Kershaw
- July 3 – Gavin Lux

There will be a retro designed hooded sweatshirt giveaway on Tuesday, April 4, and to commemorate Jackie Robinson Day on April 15, a special 1947 Dodgers’ home jersey will be presented to fans. On Mother’s Day, May 30, fans will receive a custom Dodger picture frame, and on Father’s Day, June 18, a special bucket hat.
The first half will also feature the return of several fan-favorite theme nights for those purchasing special ticket packs. The scheduled theme nights include: Hello Kitty Night on April 17, Star Wars Night on May 2, Mexican Heritage Night on May 16, Black Heritage Night on June 14, Pride Night on June 16, and Luau Night on July 5.

Single game tickets will be available for purchase on Thursday, February 2, with tickets for Opening Day and the New York Yankees series available for purchase at a later date. Dodger fans are encouraged to secure their tickets early for all of their favorite promotions and matchups with a Dodgers Membership, available at Dodgers.com/Membership.
As a reminder, promotional items will be given to the first 40,000 ticketed fans in attendance (while supplies last) at their respective point of entry, unless otherwise noted at Dodgers.com/Promotions, where the complete first half promotional schedule can be found. Promotions and ticket packs for dates after the All-Star Game will be announced at a later time.
